MONDAY -THURSDAY: 1530 - 1800 HRSKent Ridge Secondary School Badminton Team's curriculum is designed to give a consistent and systematic training structure to develop the talents of our students as well as to nurture their talents and potential to the fullest. This will encourage our students to develop a lifelong interest and passion that will sustain a healthy lifestyle. Apart from building up the physical fitness, mental fortitude and game skills of our students, the badminton training sessions and co-curricular activities, undergirded by the school values, are also good platforms for our students to develop positive character traits which will strengthen their 21st Century Competency skills and translate them into positive attitudes and self-expressions. Our boys and girls take part in sanctioned competitions and achieve credible results and rankings.

MONDAY & THURSDAY: 1530 -1800 HRS (C Division)Our motto of “One Voice, One Team, One Goal!” spells out the motivational force of our Basketball Team. We have 'B' and 'C' Divisions Boys and Girls teams, with a healthy recruitment of members from each gender yearly. The Indoor Sports Hall Level 1 is home to our training; aspiring to provide our students with a platform for acquiring new skills, techniques and strategies in basketball as we believe in a structured training programme to harness the potentials of our players. Our teams focus on both offensive and defensive basketball strategies where every player is responsible in improving their personal mastery while staying grounded with our school values of resilience and sportsmanship. We strongly believe in harnessing student leadership and will create suitable leadership positions such as Captain, Vice-Captains, Student Well-Being Representatives, Training, VIA, Logistics and Administration Personnel to develop our students to be well-rounded future leaders. Training sessions take place at the school’s Indoor Sports Hall Level 1.

TUESDAY & THURSDAY: 1530 - 1800 HRS (Girls)KRSS Floorball Team was established in 2008 with a pioneer cohort of 36 enthusiastic Kent Ridgeans. Growing in strength over the last 12 years, the CCA now comprises of more than 100 dedicated players. Floorball was introduced to students as a team sport to allow learning beyond the classroom. Besides developing physical fitness, our CCA programme aims to help students develop personal qualities such as teamwork, discipline and leadership skills. Floorball is an indoor sport and is usually played with 16 players in a competition team. It is fast gaining popularity in our school and Singapore as it is easy to pick up and fun to play. Skills trainings are conducted in indoor venues with fibreglass panel boards to build up our skills and game strategies. To give our players greater exposure, friendly matches are arranged to let them gain experience and increase their confidence level during competitions.

WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY: 1530 - 1800 HRS (Upper Sec)The Kent Ridge Football Team takes part in training sessions and tournaments regularly, from which they learn valuable lessons in discipline, commitment and teamwork. As a result, many of the players have moved on to compete at the Singapore League as well as in the National level. In addition, these boys are committed to serving the society and caring for the less fortunate through various Community Involvement Projects. The Football Team has consistently achieved top placings in the South Zone Football Championship since 2006.

KRSS ODAC aims to provide students with exposure to various outdoor activities both on land and water. KRSS Outdoor Adventure Club (ODAC) exposes our members to various water sports such as dragon boating, kayaking and snorkelling as well as camping and hiking activities. Students will go through certification courses such as Orienteering Level One and Kayaking One Star. During regular CCA sessions, members will also be taught various outdoor-related skills such as Camp craft and Outdoor Cooking.Teachers in-charge
