Programmes
Lower Secondary Modular Coursework
Through fun and age-appropriate mini projects, students gain awareness of aesthetics and experience hands-on lessons in the special rooms such as workshops, kitchens and studios.
Upper Secondary Thematic Coursework
Thematic coursework emphasises the development of critical thinking skills such as analysis, planning, interpretation and evaluation. Given a set theme, upper secondary students are able to see their paper ideas turn into actual prototypes.
Baking Workshops
NFS Upper secondary students will be equipped with knowledge and gain hands-on practice of techniques in preparation of puff pastries.
Learning Journeys to Red Dot Museum, Bakery and Arts Resource Library
An out-of-classroom learning experience is created for students where they will see the connection between aesthetics and real-life applications.
